There’s nothing pretty about the growth and the healing process. It isn’t all candles, crystals and herbal teas, although they can help a lot!

It’s accountability, which can lead to feelings of guilt, the lowest vibration on the ladder, and drilling to the core of the traumas and issues affecting you. Healing helps you be the best version of you!

Crystal Healing

The crystals hold their own vibration depending on the minerals and physical formations they embody however they themselves do not do the healing work; it is the energy and intention of the person who is holding it and channeling their intentions through the crystal that does the healing.

Soul retrieval is an ancient shamanic tool performed to heal traumas, release blocked emotions and wounds and move forward from the past.
